Will you have a child attending Kindergarten at Lemmon Elementary in the fall? If the school has not already reached out to you with a Kindergarten Registration packet, please call the elementary office for more information about Kindergarten Visitation Day on Thursday, April 2nd.

Elementary music students attended the March School Board meeting and sang several of the songs the performed at the elementary music festival!

Last night NHS held their Fun Night for K-5 students. Over 50 students attended across the three sessions. There was a LOT of laughter and fun!

The National Honor Society is hosting their annual Fun Night on Thursday, March 19! Cost is $5.00!

We had 16 students from 1st through 8th grade attend the Northwest Area Schools Spelling Bee in Faith earlier today. These kiddos brought home NINE trophies! Way to go!!

Mrs. Dauwen and the 1st graders went on a field trip last week to Bowman, ND. They went to the Pioneer Trails Regional Museum and The Edge Jump Park. A great time was had by all!

The Lemmon School District is looking at the possibility of adding a pre-kindergarten and/or junior kindergarten for young learners in the future. The High School Student Council is recruiting donations for Feeding South Dakota with a local food-drive. All donations will be donated to Feeding South Dakota to contribute to the State Student Council's "State Initiative." Donations will end Thursday, March 26th.
