Congratulations to our local crew and surrounding communities!
Last week the 5th grade students presented their solar system projects to fellow elementary students and then highlighted them before the spring concert. Thank you to the families who helped their children research and learn about this important science topic!
Elementary Track and Field Day will be moved to May 13th due to weather predictions for this week.
Remember May 6th is our Lemmon Elementary Track and Field Day. Bring this image with you to the football field to enjoy all the events! We hope to see many family, friends, and community members there!

As we kick off Teacher Appreciation Week, we want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to our three staff members celebrating 35 years with the district! Please join us in thanking Mrs. Delilah Heil, Mr. Tim Heil, and Mrs. Jolinda Hay for their decades of dedicated service to the Lemmon School District.
The Spring Youth Internship class will be presenting their final projects on Thursday, April 30 and Monday, May 4. The public is invited to view them between 3:05-3:40 each day in the HS Library. (Pictures are from the December Internship presentations)
Last week the 5th grade students with the help of their teachers installed ceiling tiles at the Lemmon Public Library. Thank you to the family and community members that came in to watch them! A special thank you to Miss Raven at the library who collaborated with our staff and students!

Coming Up: Lemmon Home Golf Meet this week!
All positions are for the 26-27 school year and are open until filled with interviews being scheduled upon receipt of application materials for selected candidates. Salary for the Dean of Students/Activities Director will be commensurate with position expectations, experience, and education. District base salary for teaching positions is $47,200 for bachelor’s degree candidates and $50,300 for master’s degree candidates. Classified positions are paid hourly.
The Lemmon School District is also searching for a long-term substitute for an elementary classroom at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year. Certified substitute teachers receive $175/day. Non-certified substitute teachers receive $125/day for teaching positions and $15/hr. for hourly positions.

Wednesday, April 29 was Drive a Tractor (Semi, truck, lawnmower, ect) to school. We had a great "tractor" turnout!
