The Food Science class has been learning knife safety and about proper chopping techniques. They enjoyed a salad with all the freshly chopped vegetables.
Congratulations to Darla who placed 5th in the FFA steer show and 6th place in the FFA heifer show this past weekend at the SD State Fair!

Mitch Reed, SD Author & Superintendent, presented on his book "Cardboard Confessions". He discussed the staff's "Why" and "What" makes education their career of choice. Mr. Reed's message was "When you know your why, your what is more impactful".
