After receiving several recommendations from the SDDOT and the Perkins Co Sheriff's Dept, it has been decided to extend the senior trip one more day. Seniors will be staying in Aberdeen until Friday morning. Hopefully by then Highway 12 will be officially open and they will be able to get home safely.

The Animal Science Class has been learning about the nervous system and how the brain works. They dissected a sheep brain and identified the parts.

I'm the granddaughter of the late Vance Sr & Josie Stewart, and my late father, Vance Jr., graduated LHS in 1957. Jo was a teacher in Lemmon & Keldron for 34 years and we are proud to have awarded the Josie A. Stewart Scholarship for the last 21 years. Applications are open to students at Bison, Lemmon, McIntosh, and McLaughlin High Schools. The application deadline was extended to April 15, 2022 as we have not received any applications yet! Please contact your school counselor ASAP for your application.
Lemmon will be competing in the 2022 KBJM Quiz Bowl. Competition starts @ 8:15 AM; Lemmon competes @ 9:45. All matches will be aired on KBJM.
