Food + Paint = Art
2nd grade artists used celery ends to create flower prints. Thank you Shannon for saving the ends and coming to class to make a painting! Come to the lunchroom next week to see all the amazing artwork created.

Basketball Players
The LHS Close Up group returned from Washington D.C. on Saturday. While there, they were able to learn and see many things. Some of the highlights were seeing the war monuments, getting a nighttime tour of the Capitol building, attending the musical “Little Shop of Horrors” at Ford’s Theatre, touring the White House, and many, many more things! Thank you to our community who continues to support our program each year!!
We would especially like to thank the Lemmon American Legion Auxiliary for donating money so we could attend Ford’s. We also need to thank Dusty Johnson for the exceptional tour where we got to go onto the House floor AND onto the Speaker’s balcony!
