National School Lunch Week is Oct 14-17
The 8th grade students presented their Rube Goldberg machines during Science Class today. They make their machines after studying about simple machines.
Congrats to our boys and girls Cross Country teams. Girls have consecutively won region title four years in a row and the boys have been runner-up for three consecutive years. Both teams advance to State in Rapid City on October 26.
Mrs. Gebhart's 7th grade science class presented their "Biome" projects.
Congratulations to the Oral Interp for their performance at the Lead Deadwood Tournament last weekend!
Members of the Forensic Science class presented the "case" they are working on solving with the School Board during the Lemmon LEADS Showcase at the October board meeting. The students explained the steps they have been following to solve the fictional mysterious death of a 75 year old businessman.
Good Luck to our Cowgirl and Cowboy Cross Country teams as they head to Regionals tomorrow, October 16 in Philip. Races start at 11:00.
